As a Life Coach, I guide and empower clients to acheive goals, follow their dreams, discover inner-truth and move forward in many areas of their lives.  The possibilities are endless with how far we can go!

Another focus of my practice is working with people recovering from cancer of any kind or an addiction, like drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, food, love, codependency and work.  Recovering from cancer and addiction bring many people to a place of transition where they see life differently. Some feel that they have been given another chance to live.  Coaching can be very helpful during this "new chapter" of life. 

My life purpose is to help others help themselves.  I have a passion for guiding people, who are ready to change, I believe that the answers lie within us all, but some individuals find the answers faster and with greater clarity by working with a Coach.

It's been said that I have quite a diverse and interesting background.  Professionally, I've worked in technology, hospitality, staffing, event planning and retail environments.  For over 14 years, all of the positions that I have held had the common thread of working with people from all walks of life and establishing beneficial relationships.  

My education and training include BS degree from Towson University in Mass Communications with a minor in Psychology and a certificate from Goucher College's Meeting and Event Planning program.  I am also a proud graduate of Coach U's Core Essentials Program.  Currently, I am working towards my Coaching certification from the International Coach Federation.

Personally, I have life experience with bipolar illness, addiction and cancer.  I'm a survivor!  In my darkest hours, I remember praying that if I ever made it through, I would find a way to help other people find the light at the end of their tunnel.  And that has become my life purpose.  If I could go back and do it all over again, I would not change a thing.  It has made me the person that I have learned to love today.  I am cancer-free and still live with bipolar illness and the disease of addiction, but I have learned to move forward and maintain a positive outlook on life!

When I came to a cross roads, I became "ready to change" and got honest, open-minded and willing to do the work that has led me to the life I have today.  I'm grateful everyday for all of the blessings around me (including my amazing family and friends).
